Welcome—I’m Debbie, an educator, certified coach, and the founder of LivtoMax Coaching. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate the complex intersection of career, identity, and personal well-being.
Throughout my life, I’ve worn many hats: mother of two, Cambridge University graduate, entrepreneur, whilst living with a long-term chronic illness. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the personal and professional challenges many people face—especially when returning to work after a career break or maternity leave. I know first-hand how difficult it can be to manage ambition, personal health, and family responsibilities, all the while staying connected to your purpose—professionally and personally.
This journey led me to become an ICF-certified Integral Development Coach, and to create LivtoMax Coaching—a space for transformative, practical, and deeply supportive coaching that empowers individuals and organisations to grow with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
